cream cheese spread
This is one of those appetizers you see at a party and think..."what the heck is this?" And then you taste it..... And you can't stop eating it. It's tangy with just the right amount of heat and it will stay in your frig for weeks. Hope you give it a try.

Ingredients
- 1 - 12 oz. jar pineapple preserves
- 1 - 12 oz. jar apple jelly
- 5 ounces horse radish
- 1 1/4 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- - cream cheese
- - crackers of choice.
How To Make cream cheese spread

Step 1Place all ingredients, except for the cream cheese and crackers, into a blender and blend well. Refrigerate until using.

Step 2Place cream cheese on a plate with a bit of a lip so that the spread doesn't run off the plate. Pour about 1/2 C (or more if you like) of the spread over the cream cheese and serve with crackers.

Step 3Note: Keep an extra block of cream cheese handy because this will go fast!!!!
