- 1 stick salted butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons jellied cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dried cranberries
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon orange juice, fresh
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
How To Make cranberry orange pecan butter

Step 1Finely chop the dried cranberries. Set aside.

Step 2Zest an orange and squeeze the juice. Set aside.

Step 3In a large bowl, stir the butter and sugar together.

Step 4Add the cranberry sauce, dried cranberries, orange zest, and juice to the butter mixture. Mix with a spoon.

Step 5On a piece of parchment paper, form the butter into a log shape.
