My hubby heard this recipe on the radio, wanted me to make and I put it off because I thought,yuck it can't be good. He was insistant, so I made it. I am so glad I did. It is sooooo good, especially with hot homemade rolls !!!

Ingredients
- 1 pound parkay stick mgarine
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
How To Make country butter, (generic)

Step 1Have Parkay sticks at room temperature, cut into small pieces. Put margarine into mixer or can use hand mixer.

Step 2Add cooking oil and buttermilk. Mix until very, very smooth. Texture is very creamy and light in color.

Step 3Place in containers, extra can be frozen. when needed it can be used at once. I am a country girl and my Mom made country butter for us. This recipe is a very close second to country butter
