How to Make country butter, (generic)
- Have Parkay sticks at room temperature, cut into small pieces. Put margarine into mixer or can use hand mixer.
- Add cooking oil and buttermilk. Mix until very, very smooth. Texture is very creamy and light in color.
- Place in containers, extra can be frozen. when needed it can be used at once.
