- 2 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons pineapple gelatin mix (not sugar free)
- 1/2 teaspoon cherry gelatin mix (not sugar free)

Step 2Coconut Confetti cheeseball Items needed 1 (8oz) block of cream cheese plus small cookies or fresh fruit to serve with the cheese ball. Remove the decorative wrapping, leaving the mix still attached to the spoon. In a Medium bowl add the cheese and allow to soften at room temperature. Then Holding the spoon over the bowl clip the end to add the mix to the cream cheese. Mix well. Shape into a ball and store in fridge if not ready to serve. Serve at room temperature. Serve with fresh fruit or small cookies
