Coconut Confetti Cheeseball spoonful

Spoonfuls are a gift in a spoon like the gift in a jar's. This one is for a cheeseball. If you have never made these the directions are on both the "gift from the pantry" and "Gift in a Jar" Groups under discussions.

1 Tbsp
flaked coconut
2 tsp
finely chopped pecans
2 tsp
2 tsp
pineapple gelatin mix (not sugar free)
1/2 tsp
cherry gelatin mix (not sugar free)


1Mix contents in a small bowl and place in plastic wrap and attach to the spoon.

Decorate as you wish and put on a tag saying:

Items needed
1 (8oz) block of cream cheese
plus small cookies or fresh fruit to serve with the cheese ball.

Remove the decorative wrapping, leaving the mix still attached to the spoon.

In a Medium bowl add the cheese and allow to soften at room temperature. Then Holding the spoon over the bowl clip the end to add the mix to the cream cheese. Mix well. Shape into a ball and store in fridge if not ready to serve. Serve at room temperature. Serve with fresh fruit or small cookies
