Ingredients
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, softened
- 1 - handful fresh cilantro, choped
- 1 - chile pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- - black pepper to taste
How To Make cilantro chile butter

Step 1Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse until well blended.

Step 2Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer until hard.

Step 3To serve, unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter and store in refrigerator or freezer.
