    unsalted butter, softened
  • 1
    handful fresh cilantro, choped
  • 1
    chile pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    salt (or more to taste)
  • ·
    black pepper to taste

How to Make Cilantro Chile Butter


  1. Place ingredients in a food processor; pulse until well blended.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in freezer until hard.
  3. To serve, unwrap and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter and store in refrigerator or freezer.
