How to Make Chutney-Cheese Spread
- Soften cream cheese by letting it stand at room temperature. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese in with the chutney and almonds. Add the curry powder and dry mustard and mix until creamy.
- Spoon into small crocks or bowls and refrigerate for several hours. (Overnight is best to bring out the flavor). Serve it up on crackers, toast, or bagels!
