This is a quick and tasty cheese spread that goes great with any hearty type of cracker, or even as a flavorful bagel spread!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces plain cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped chutney (mango is good)
  • 1/2 cup toasted, chopped almonds
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

How To Make chutney-cheese spread

  • Step 1
    Soften cream cheese by letting it stand at room temperature. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese in with the chutney and almonds. Add the curry powder and dry mustard and mix until creamy.
  • Step 2
    Spoon into small crocks or bowls and refrigerate for several hours. (Overnight is best to bring out the flavor). Serve it up on crackers, toast, or bagels!
