  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons rum

How To Make chocolate rum cream

  • Step 1
    Whisk together 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate and hot water.
  • Step 2
    Cool to room temperature.
  • Step 3
    Whip cream until nearly stiff.
  • Step 4
