Ingredients

1/4 lb
softened butter
1 Tbsp
snipped chives
salt and ground black pepper

Step-By-Step

1Mix butter, chives 1/2 t. salt, 1/4 t. pepper in a small bowl, set aside. Can refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with grilled corn. Makes 1/2 cup.
