Ingredients
- 2/3 cup champagne vinegar
- 2/3 cup dry mustard
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
How To Make champagne mustard

Step 1Combine vinegar and mustard.

Step 2Beat eggs and sugar.

Step 3Add egg and sugar mixture to mustard mixture in top of double boiler over boiling water, stirring until thick.

Step 4Refrigerate.

Step 5Serve with baked ham, if desired--makes 1 1/2 cups
