Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup champagne vinegar
  • 2/3 cup dry mustard
  • 3 - eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar

How To Make champagne mustard

  • Step 1
    Combine vinegar and mustard.
  • Step 2
    Beat eggs and sugar.
  • Step 3
    Add egg and sugar mixture to mustard mixture in top of double boiler over boiling water, stirring until thick.
  • Step 4
    Refrigerate.
  • Step 5
    Serve with baked ham, if desired--makes 1 1/2 cups
