- 1 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make cashew cheese

Step 1Place cashews in a bowl and pour the hot water over. Let sit for 2 hours. Drain and discard the water.

Step 2Place the cashews and remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve on crackers, bagels. veggies. Whatever you want.
