Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 stick butter (if you use margarine icing will be softer)
- 1/4 cup milk, 2% (i measure out the milk and allow it to set while measuring and cooking )
- 2 cups powdered sugar,sifted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make carmel icing

Step 1melt butter then add brown sugar

Step 2Cook over medium heat,stirring

Step 3bring to boil and allow to boil 2 minutes

Step 4add milk and bring back to boil

Step 5Add powdered sugasr, mixing well and then add vanilla

Step 6take off heat and allow to cool about a minute

Step 7Icing cake quickly as icing will start to harden fast.
