I just tried this recipe from a foodie friend named Lobster...and it was fantastic!!! Its a real flavor sensation! Its salty and crunchy and tangy and sweet! Forget the hot dog and just eat this topping! YUM!

- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup onion-finely diced
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese-grated
- 1/4 cup crispy bacon-crumbled
- - and a sprinkle of chopped chives for flair!
