this is great on biscuits and toast and even a peanut butter sandwich

Ingredients

5 c
fresh blueberries
2 1/4 c
sugar
2 tsp
cider vinegar
1/2 tsp
ground allspice
1/2 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp
ground cloves

Step-By-Step

1in a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. bring to a boil, cook for 15-18 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
2remove from heat, skim off foam. ladle hot mixture into hot sterilized half pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space .
3remove air bubbles, wipe rims and adjust lids. process 5 minutes in a boiling water canner.
