5 cfresh blueberries
2 1/4 csugar
2 tspcider vinegar
1/2 tspground allspice
1/2 tspground cinnamon

How to Make Blueberry Preserves
- in a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. bring to a boil, cook for 15-18 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently.
- remove from heat, skim off foam. ladle hot mixture into hot sterilized half pint jars, leaving 1/4 inch head space .
- remove air bubbles, wipe rims and adjust lids. process 5 minutes in a boiling water canner.
