  • 8 ounces unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 ounces chopped black olives
  • 3 tablespoons thyme leaves
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make black olive butter spread

  • Step 1
    Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Wrap butter in plastic wrap and store in freezer until hard.
  • Step 3
    Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer.
