- 4 ounces chopped black olives
- 3 tablespoons thyme leaves
- - salt and pepper to taste

Step 1Place ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well blended.

Step 2Wrap butter in plastic wrap and store in freezer until hard.

Step 3Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Rewrap remaining butter in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator or freezer.
