Ingredients
- 8 ounces beef liver chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
- 2 tablespoons drained capers
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 2 hard boiled eggs peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make beef liver pate

Step 1Add the butter to a skillet. When the butter has melted add the onions and liver. Cook until liver is done. Add the minced garlic and cook 30 seconds.

Step 2Transfer to a food processor and add the cream cheese, heavy cream sage and hard boiled eggs. Process until smooth.

Step 3Stir in the caper and relish. taste and adjust for salt and pepper. Serve on crackers or crusty bread.
