- 4 - hard boiled eggs
- - ice water bath
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons miracle whip or mayo
- 1 1/4 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices bread and butter pickles, stackers
How To Make becky's egg salad

Step 1Cook eggs 13 mins, remove from heat,cover. Drain water from the pan; cool in an ice water bath. After they have cooled, peel them and chop them up. Trim the edges off of the B&B pickles, dice them up. Mix miracle whip or mayo, spicy brown mustard, salt and pepper. Add eggs and pickles, mix well. Enjoy!
