My husband doesn't care for the commercial cheese balls so I came up with this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    grated swiss cheese
  • 4 oz
    grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 pkg
    softened creamcheese
  • 1 can(s)
    chopped olives
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 6 slice
    crumbled bacon or bacon bits
  • 1-2 c
    chopped almonds for rolling the ball in

How to Make Bacon Ranch Cheeseball

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat together the cream cheese and sour cream.
  2. add the Swiss cheese, cheddar, olives, bacon, and ranch dressing seasoning. Mix on low until well combined.
  3. form into balls and roll in almonds. Chill one hour. Serve with crackers, bagel chips, or pita crisps
