Ingredients
- 12 ounces jar oil packed arichokes drained
- 1/2 cup pine nuts
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
How To Make artichoke pesto

Step 1Add all ingredients except olive oil and salt and pepper in food processor. Turn on food processor and process while drizzling in olive oil. Use more or less olive oil to reach the right consistency.
