1 tsppure vanilla extract
1/4 clemon juice
How to Make Apple Scrap Jelly
- Mash scraps with a potato masher, cool.
- Bring to a rolling boil, keep stirring until you reach 220 degrees, [about 12 minutes]... boil for 2 minutes at220 degrees, remove from heat, and ladle into prepared jelly jars. Process 15 minutes in water bath canner, cool, remove, and let stand over night.
