Ingredients
- 1 pound gorgonzola cheese
- 1 pound ricotta cheese
- 2 - garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 4 - sage leaves, fresh
- 1 - salt, to taste
- 1 - cheese cloth
How To Make angel of death cheese spread

Step 1Chop garlic.

Step 2Add to 1/4 cup of water in a small saucepan.

Step 3Reduce to 2 tablespoons.

Step 4Beat cheeses together.

Step 5Add garlic mixture and salt, if desired.

Step 6In a double layer of cheesecloth put sage leaves in a pattern in the center.

Step 7Sprinkle nuts on top.

Step 8Put cheese mixture on top of nuts.

Step 9Gather cheesecloth and form into a ball and tie together.

Step 10Put the cheeseball in a strainer over a dish and let sit in the refrigerator overnight to drain.

Step 11Unwrap and serve.
