Andy’s Not So Secret… Secret Sauce

Andy Anderson !

Tired of plan-old mayonnaise… me too. Sometimes I just want something with a bit of a KICK to it… but not too much kick. I’ve always said that if your dressing or spread overpowers the dish, then it’s too much.

This spread goes great on simple sandwiches of sliced turkey or chicken, and it’s awesome on a good burger.

Tired of plain old mayo… here you go.

So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

1 c
plain mayonnaise or vegenaise
2 clove
baked garlic, mashed (small cloves)
1 tsp
sriracha sauce, or to taste
1 tsp
sweet paprika
1 tsp
dijon mustard, i prefer grey poupon
1 tsp
lemon juice, freshly squeezed

2Gather your ingredients.
3Add all the ingredients for the secret sauce in a bowl.
4Whisk to combine.
5Chef's Note: The Sriracha sauce is where most of the KICK is in this sauce. So, you might moderate it, according to taste.
6Keep tightly sealed in the fridge until ready to use.
7Chef's Tip: It will taste better the next day, and will store for several weeks, if kept tightly sealed.
8Keep the faith, and keep cooking.
