How to Make Amish Ham Spread - My Way

  1. I process bologna in food processor till pretty fine.
  2. Place in large bowl; adding all other ingredients. Stirring till well blended. I don't measure mayo, I go by the thickness we prefer.
  3. Refrigerate overnight, it is so much better after the flavors have time to mingle. Serve on bread or even crackers.
