- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1-2 - whole vanilla beans
How To Make vanilla sugar

Step 1Slice down side of bean ('s) with back of a small sharp knife and scrape seeds into airtight container with the sugar. Bury bean pod('s) in sugar and seal tightly with lid. Let sit for 1 to 2 weeks before using. Use as regular granulated sugar in any recipe

Step 2if they are too long for the container simple cut them into pieces or choose to blend/grind everything together.
