  • 1
    fresh mango, diced
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    raw honey
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 1 clove
    garlic, grated
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 c
  • 1 Tbsp
    unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili paste (optional)

How to Make Spicy Mango Teriyaki Sauce


  1. In a food processor, add all the ingredients (except butter). Blend until smooth.
  2. Place the sauce in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Simmer the sauce for about 15-20 minutes until sauce becoming thick.
  3. Add butter until mix and melt together with the sauce, turn the heat off.
  4. Cool the sauce and place in a jar. Keep in refrigerator.
