smoked chicken rub

As the title suggests, this rub is used when we smoke chicken. It is also good on pork. Rub it into the chicken before you smoke it and it comes out so flavorful.

Ingredients For smoked chicken rub

  • 2 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • 3 Tbsp
    hot mexican chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    thyme
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    white pepper

How To Make smoked chicken rub

    Mix seasonings together.

    Store in an airtight container.

    Rub into chicken prior to smoking.
