seasoning salt
There are so many copy cat recipes out there for seasoning salt, it almost seamed crazy for me to create my own but I found that I wanted to use it a lot and all of the recipes I found including the real deal have onion in them which I am allergic to. So, I looked at several recipes and found this mixture tastes better than the stuff you buy in the stores. I store this in a spice jar and use it on mostly meat and poultry when I am baking or smoking it.
