Use on seafood or fish as you like. Plus there is no end to it's uses; Stirred into egg salad, tossed with popcorn, added to seafood soups and stews, mixed into the flour for dredging pan-fried chicken, sprinkled on sweet corn, dissolved in a brine for pork or poultry, stirred into a Bloody Mary. Well, you get the idea. Just open your imagination and enjoy. I should also mention that this makes only enough for 1 or 2 use's at most and I'd suggest at least doubling the amount.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon celery salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch ground dry mustard
  • 1 pinch ground mace
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon (use less if you like)
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch ground allspice
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 pinch ground ginger

  • Step 1
    Combine all of the ingredients. Store in an airtight container
