Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground annatto seeds (can use paprika)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon salt (optional or to taste)
- 2 teaspoons mexican oregano
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
How To Make sazon dry mix

Step 1Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mix well and store in an airtight container. 1 1/2 teaspoons of this mix equals one packet of commercial Sazon.

Step 2Note: If you want the same taste as commercial brands, use all of the salt. If you don't want so much, feel free to adjust it to your taste, or leave it out entirely.
