ranch seasoning mix
I needed ranch dressing mix and thought I had it, but no. The recipes I could find to make your own all included 1/2 cup or so of dried buttermilk powder. It was super expensive - unless you were feeding a camp full of kids, I guess. So I would mix this with 1/2 cup each of mayo, sour cream and buttermilk. Possibly a little extra buttermilk for the right consistency. For dairy free diets, I bet there's a buttermilk substitute you could use!
