ranch seasoning mix
Too many recipes (and salads) require ranch seasoning packets from the store, and I used to buy them! Then recently I figured out I was paying $2 for 2 Tbsp of seasoning, when I could make a pint at home for the same price. After trial and error, this is what we've come up with.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buttermilk powder
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
How To Make ranch seasoning mix

Step 1shake well, and shake before every use.

Step 2TO USE THIS MIX: For seasoning: 2 Tbsp is equal to one packet of ranch seasoning For dressing: 1 Tbsp ranch mix, 1/2c Mayonnaise, 1/2 c milk. Mix well; refrigerate 1/2 hour before use. For dip: 2 Tbsp ranch mix, 16 oz of sour cream. Mix well; refrigerate 1/2 hour before use.
