Ingredients

  • 4 large
    red jalapeno's seeded and chopped fine or 1 jar christopher ranch chopped red jalapeno's
  • 5 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    each rice vinegar and fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Pickled Chili Paste

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all together in a food processer. Place in saucepan and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Ladle into canning jar. Secure with lid and let sit 3 days at room temp in a dark place. Refrigerate after opening
