- 4 large red jalapeno's seeded and chopped fine or 1 jar christopher ranch chopped red jalapeno's
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon each rice vinegar and fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make pickled chili paste

Step 1Mix all together in a food processer. Place in saucepan and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Ladle into canning jar. Secure with lid and let sit 3 days at room temp in a dark place. Refrigerate after opening
