This is a great spice to use in Asian dishes especially soups. I have also used it in chili

Ingredients

  • 4 large red jalapeno's seeded and chopped fine or 1 jar christopher ranch chopped red jalapeno's
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon each rice vinegar and fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make pickled chili paste

  • Step 1
    Mix all together in a food processer. Place in saucepan and Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Ladle into canning jar. Secure with lid and let sit 3 days at room temp in a dark place. Refrigerate after opening
