Paul Prudhomme is one of my favorite cooks.In his early cookbooks,he used to make seasoning blends,later he began to sell the blends and his subsequent recipes used the ready made spice blends.This is one of the first blends I made from his cookbook,the original recipe called for gumbo file,but I omitted it suit my family's taste.This is one of my favorites.

Ingredients

  • - 1 t. salt
  • - 1 t. cayenne
  • - 1/2 t. white pepper
  • - 1/2 t. onion powder
  • - 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • - 1/2 t. sweet paprika
  • - 1/2 t. black pepper

How To Make paul prudhomme's fried chickn seasoning mix,my way

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingrdients together,store in a tight fitting jar.
