  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, packed
  • 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make parmesan herb topping for corn on the cob

  • Step 1
    Process all ingredients, except parmesan, in a food processor until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Rub, roll, or brush cooked corn in butter mixture. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan cheese.
