mustard bbq sauce

Mustard barbecue sauce was traditionally used for mutton, but it is also equally good on beef or pork. This recipe was written to make 6 cups total which is fine if you're barbecuing for a crowd. For home use, you might even want to cut it in half again. I can't imagine why it couldn't be stored in the fridge and reheated. I had this type of BBQ sauce at a cook-off I attended and it was delicious! From Barbecue Crossroads by Walsh
