This is another recipe Dad used and he used it on ribs that he grilled. No telling where he got the recipe, but it is good!

yield makes about 1/2 cup, and should be enough for up to 6 racks of ribs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar, packed firm
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons accent
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1-3 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Step 1
    Combine. Store away from heat up to 6 months.
