  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons grated orange peel, dried
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons allspice
  • 3 teaspoons ginger
  • 3 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons salt (optional)
  • 2 teaspoons ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne or to taste
