homemade lemon pepper seasoning
Once you try your own homemade lemon pepper you'll never want to use the store bought stuff again. Please take the times given with a big grain of salt. It all depends an how long it takes for the lemon zest to dry. The smaller the zest the shorted the drying time. The actual mixing and grinding is under 5 mins. I've been making this for years now and it came from somewhere on the web but I don't remember where.
