I just had to share this recipe. It makes a great additive to tar tar sauce and use to make a killer garlic chicken.

Ingredients For garlic mayo by eddie

  • 6 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 2
    egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp
    white wine vinegar
  • 1 1/4 c
    olive oil

How To Make garlic mayo by eddie

    Crush the garlic coves with salt into a paste with a mortar and pastel. Transfer to a bowl.

    Stir in egg yolks and vinegar into mashed garlic.

    Gradually whisk olive oil into the mixture in small amounts until the mayo is thick and glossy.
