  • 2 bay leaves

  • 1 cinnamon stick broken up

How To Make freshly ground garam masala

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in spice or coffee grinder and grind into a powder
  • Step 2
    Store covered in a cool dry place for up to 4 weeks
