fennel seasoning
If you enjoy the flavor of fennel this is for you. It's very multipurpose in use. I've used it to make a salad dressing with oil and vinegar and also rubbed on chicken and in a bread recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fennel seed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons coriander seed
- 1 tablespoon white peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon flaked sea salt (optional)
How To Make fennel seasoning

Step 1Lightly toast first 3 ingredients until lightly browned stirring often, cool completely and grind all ingredients to to your preferred grind. A spice grinder is the best choice for this.

Step 2Save mix in an airtight container.
