chicken seasoning mix
Got this recipe from a lady at church after she brought a pan of baked chicken to a fellowship supper a few years ago. She called it chicken seasoning, but said it could also be used for any kind of meat as a dry rub/marinade. She said she even adds it to stews, soups and chili, too. When I make it, I mix up a lot more than this basic recipe calls for and keep it in a sealed jar to always have it on hand and ready without having to get out all the spice bottles and mix it every time.
