I need curry powder for a recipe I am making and decided to make my own, based on several I found on-line. I am using medium Hatch ground chili this go round! Pepper flakes can be used instead of ground chilis.

    cumin
  • 1 tsp
    coriander
  • 1 tsp
    ground chili (whatever level of heat you like)
  • 1 tsp
    turmeric, ground
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper
