This is a copycat recipe for Mrs. Dash Seasoning Mix. I like to use a mortar and pestle to mix and lightly grind. A blender may also work for a finer mix.

- 2 tablespoons dried parsley leaf
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried minced garlic flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
- 1 tablespoon rubbed sage
- 1 tablespoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried orange peel
- 1 tablespoon dried lemon peel
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon dried mace
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Step 1Combine all the spices together and place in a pint Mason jar with an air-tight lid.
