big love fajita seasoning
Excellent for beef. I used an unseasoned. "fajita steak". I think you usually use a flank or skirt steak.. If I'm wrong let me know. I only cooked it about 3 minutes per side on a high gas grill. I sauted roasted pablano peppers and sliced sweet onion amd served with flour and corn tortillias, refried beans and salsa. I've never put it on chicken but seems like it will work for that squeeze some lime over when serving. It adds brightness. Hope you like it.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons mccormicks chipotle and garlic seasoning(grill mates)
- 2 tablespoons mccormicks montreal steak seasoning (grill mates)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder with parsley
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon white or brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Step 1Mix well and apply to steak and let sit for a couple of hours. For chicken put in fridge.
