basic middle eastern spice mix
This is a very basic mix so feel free to add whatever you might like. Use it wherever and however you like. I've used a lightly ground portion of this to make a vinaigrette dressing and to season vegetables. It would be good on fish and meats to.

- 1/2 ounce fennel seeds
- 1/2 ounce mustard seeds
- 1/2 ounce raw sesame seeds
- 1/2 ounce fenugreek seeds
