Uncle Bob used to come to the cottage and fish, so Aunt Helen would make this fish fry after he would clean the fish for her. I have made it before, but for some reason, it just doesn't taste the same when I make it. Must be an Aunt Helen thing! :)

How To Make aunt helen's fish fry coating

1Dredge fish in flour, then dip into beaten egg, and coat in potato buds.

2Fry in oil in fry pan, with just enough oil to prevent sticking.

3Can be used for chicken.
