Uncle Bob used to come to the cottage and fish, so Aunt Helen would make this fish fry after he would clean the fish for her. I have made it before, but for some reason, it just doesn't taste the same when I make it. Must be an Aunt Helen thing! :)

How To Make aunt helen's fish fry coating

Step 1

Dredge fish in flour, then dip into beaten egg, and coat in potato buds.

Step 2

Fry in oil in fry pan, with just enough oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3

Can be used for chicken.
