Ingredients

  • 4 - heads of garlic
  • - olive oil

How To Make roasted garlic

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Peel outside layer off of garlic and cut the tops off.
  • Step 3
    Pour a little olive oil onto a saucer. Dip the cut side of garlic into the olive oil.
  • Step 4
    Place garlic on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold foil in half over the garlic. Seal edges to create a pouch. Place pouch in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
  • Step 5
    Let garlic cool and squeeze out softened roasted garlic.
