How to Make Roasted Garlic
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel outside layer off of garlic and cut the tops off.
- Pour a little olive oil onto a sauce. Dip the cut side of garlic into the olive oil.
- Place garlic on a large sheet of aluminum foil. Fold foil in half over the garlic. Seal edges to create a pouch. Place pouch in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Let garlic cool and squeeze out softened roasted garlic.
