Hawaiian Panini sliders, oh yeahhhhhh

The homemade aioli puts them over the top!
I'll warn you ahead of time they are a little messy. So have plenty of napkins around.
Use any lunch meat and cheese that suits your taste.
Ingredients

·hawaiian sweet rolls original { sliced like for sandwiches }

·1 cup sauerkraut { rinsed and drained very well } freeze the rest for another use

·1 tablespoon unsalted butter

·deli pastrami { sliced thin } about ¼ pound

·deli ham { sliced thin } about ¼ pound

·deli swiss cheese { i have it sliced a wee bit thicker than the lunchmeat } about 4 or 5 slices

INGREDIENTS FOR THE AIOLI:

·6 cloves dry roasted garlic

·1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt

·½ cup mayo { not miracle whip }

·1 teaspoon whole grain mustard

·3 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

- TO MAKE THE AIOLI:
- Make this the day before or at least several hours before.
- Get your panini pan hot, I set it to 325.
