I came up with this recipe by tasting as I went...it turned out to be mighty tasty ...I know once it is refrigerated for a day or two, it will be even better...my husband is going to love it on his burgers and sandwiches...I think it could even be used as a dip...enjoy!

Update: This spread does make a delicious veggie dip...my sis and mom came to visit and we tried it on sliced cucumbers and cauliflower...delish! Mom took what was left with her...guess that's saying something...

Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

  • 3/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 3 oz
    roasted red pepper in jar - what i used would be equivalent to 1 whole pepper.
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    each - salt & pepper or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley

How to Make Fire Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Mayo Or Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Place everything into a food processor and pulse until peppers are finely chopped and garlic is minced.

    Place in an enclosed container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
