I made this a couple times for the football games and everyone loved it, especially the men. Thick and creamy w/ a bite to it!

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10 oz bag corn chips, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 - 16 oz cans refried beans
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 6 ounces ready-made advocado dip
  • 8 ounces light sour cream
  • 3 small cans sliced black olives, drained
  • 2 - tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 2 small cans chopped green chilies, drained
  • 8 ounces shredded mexican cheese blend

How To Make fiesta football spread

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. In bowl, combine crushed corn chips and butter. Press into bottom of a 9" sprinform pan. Bake 10 mins, let cool.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, combine refried beans and taco seasoning mix. Spread bean mix over crust. Layer advocado dip and remaining 5 ingredients over beans.
  • Step 3
    Cover, chill 4 hrs. Remove sides of pan. Serve w/ tortilla chips.
